Locally owned and operated by two female boudoir photographers, we understand the vital need for a safe, inviting space for you and your photography clients. With 1600 square feet of space to shoot in, floor to ceiling windows, a private bathroom, IPS/consult room, hair and makeup and changing room, and plenty of props and natural light to use for your sessions, we have everything you need to create and help your clients feel right at home the moment they step through the studio doors.

Does our space look familiar?
We're located in a beloved space known for the last 7 years as "Studio 870". Previous owner Makayla Madden sold Studio 870 in spring of 2024. In summer of 2025, it was announced that the new owner of Studio 870 would be shutting down the studio due to a move across the country.
After seeing the outcry in the community upon the announcement of it shutting down, photographers Sydne Barnett and Makayla Madden decided to take over the space and open "Linder & Pine Studios". Together they've breathed their heart and souls into this space to keep it alive and operating for the community.
